Defence Information Technology Unit (DITU) is currently doing a survey on how IT literate MINDEF/RBAF personnel are in Information Communication Technology (ICT). This survey is aim to help us better understand the current level of IT literacy within our organisation so as to achieve an IT literacy rate of 80% by 2018 in alignment to the Education Strategy in Wawasan 2035 vision.
