INDONESIA, Wednesday, 30 October 2024 – Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), was presented with the Indonesian Air Force (IDAF) Honorary Pilot Wing, recognizing his significant contributions to enhancing defence collaboration between the IDAF and the RBAirF.
The Commander of the Royal Brunei Air Force is in Indonesia on an Official Visit to the IDAF, accompanied by his spouse, Datin Noraidah binti Haji Ibrahim. Upon arrival at IDAF Headquarters, Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif received an honorary salute from the Guard of Honour, followed by a courtesy call with Air Chief Marshal Mohamad Tonny Harjono, Chief of Staff of the IDAF.
The Introductory Visit to the IDAF continued with the presentation of the IDAF Honorary Pilot Wing to Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif by Air Chief Marshal Tonny Harjono. This was followed by a briefing and a tour of the 2nd Air Squadron at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, offering insights into the IDAF's operational capabilities. The visit was further highlighted by a gracious official dinner hosted by Air Chief Marshal Tonny Harjono with IDAF senior leadership.
LAWATAN PENGENALAN RASMI PEMERINTAH TUDB KE TNI-AU
INDONESIA, Rabu, 30 Oktober 2024 – Brigedier Jeneral (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Pemerintah Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB), telah dianugerahkan Lencana Juruterbang Kehormat Tentara Negara Indonesia Angkatan Udara (TNI-AU) sebagai pengiktirafan atas sumbangan besar beliau dalam memperkukuhkan kerjasama pertahanan antara TNI-AU dan TUDB.
Pemerintah Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei berada di Indonesia bagi Lawatan Pengenalan Rasmi, bersama isteri beliau, Datin Noraidah binti Haji Ibrahim. Sejurus tiba di Markas TNI-AU, Brigedier Jeneral (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif menerima penghormatan daripada Kawalan Kehormatan dan diteruskan dengan Kunjungan Hormat kepada Marsekal Mohamad Tonny Harjono, Kepala Staf Angkatan Udara (KASAU), TNI-AU.
Lawatan Pengenalan Rasmi diteruskan dengan penyampaian Lencana Juruterbang Kehormat TNI-AU kepada Brigedier Jeneral (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif oleh Marsekal Mohamad Tonny Harjono. Lawatan turut disusuli dengan sesi taklimat dan lawatan ke Skuadron Udara Ke-2 di Pangkalan Tentera Udara Halim Perdanakusuma, yang memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang keupayaan operasi TNI-AU. Lawatan tersebut turut diserikan dengan majlis makan malam rasmi.
