The campaign aims to support the initiatives of the Steering Committee on Cleanliness Issues (JIIK) to ensure that Brunei Darussalam remains clean and free from litter pollution. The Ministry of Defence would like to notify the public that the ministry has received reports following an attack on a convoy transporting the MALBATT 850-12 contingent in Sidon, Southern Lebanon on Thursday, 7 November 2024. One of the buses was believed to have been hit by shrapnel from an explosion, injuring an officer and five other ranks. The members only sustained minor injuries and were treated by Lebanese medical teams at the scene.
