RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday, 26 April 2024 – The second Fireside Chat session for 2024 was held at Punai Hall, Rimba Air Force Base. This time, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) Officers from the rank of Captain and Lieutenant had the opportunity to engage in an informal discussions and exchange of ideas with Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, the Commander of RBAirF.
During the session, a wide array of topics were discussed. The Commander emphasised the need for officers to understand the welfare issues within the RBAirF, highlighting the significance of fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. The session underscored the importance of attentive listening to subordinates, effective leadership strategies, and the cultivation of being an expert in respective fields.
An interactive platform like this offered a condusive setting for officers to interact closely with the RBAirF Commander, facilitating the acquisition of many valuable perspectives, guidance and fostering a shared sense of purpose amongst the officers that can be utilised for the betterment of the RBAirF.

SESI PEMERINTAH TUDB BERSAMA PEGAWAI-PEGAWAI TUDB YANG BERPANGKAT KAPTEN DAN LEFTENAN

Fireside Chat bagi kali ke-2 tahun 2024 telah diadakan di Dewan Punai, Pangkalan Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei. Pada kali ini, Pegawai-pegawai Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) yang berpangkat Kapten dan Leftenan telah berpeluang untuk berbincang secara tidak formal dan pertukaran idea bersama dengan Brigedier Jeneral (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Pemerintah TUDB.
Semasa sesi tersebut, pelbagai topik telah dibicarakan. Pemerintah TUDB menekankan adanya kepentingan untuk Pegawai-pegawai memahami isu-isu kebajikan didalam TUDB, seperti kepentingan memupuk persekitaran yang inklusif dan positif. Sesi itu juga menekankan kepentingan tentang pemedulian anggota-anggota dibawah jagaan, strategi kepimpinan yang berkesan dan mengembangkan kepakaran di dalam bidang masing-masing.
Platform interaktif seperti ini menawarkan suasana yang kondusif untuk pegawai berinteraksi secara dekat dengan Pemerintah TUDB, mendatangkan banyak perspektif yang berharga, bimbingan serta memupuk rasa kesatuan di kalangan pegawai yang boleh digunakan untuk kemajuan TUDB.
