RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Friday,
26 April 2024 – Seven Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) personnel completed the Ab Initio Crewman Elementary Course Serial 36/2024 and were awarded with course certificates in a ceremony held at 73 Squadron Hangar B, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB). The course ran from 02 January until 26 April 2024.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Major (U) Kaisan bin Ludin, Commanding Officer No. 7 Wing, RBAirF. The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a speech by the course representative. The ceremony continued with the certificate's presentation by the Guest of Honour and concluded with the recital of Doa Kesyukuran.
Course participants underwent Basic First Aid Lesson, Survival Equipment Section, Flight Line Mechanic, Jama'at, and one week Jungle Survival Training (JST) in Kampong Selapon, Temburong. The course participants also performed 'live winch' at the end of the JST exercise.
With the results of teamwork and self-determination, all course participants succeeded with excellence and will continue their journey at No. 1 Wing with their flight operation training.

PENUTUP KURSUS ASAS ANAK BUAH PESAWAT SIRI 36/2024
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Jumat 26 April 2024 – Seramai tujuh anggota Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) yang telah berjaya menamatkan Kursus Asas Anak Buah Pesawat TUDB siri 36/2024 dianugerahkan sijil kursus bertempat di Skuadron 73, Hangar B, Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba (PTU Rimba). Kursus tersebut telah dikendalikan dari 02 Januari hingga 26 April 2024.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Mejar (U) Kaisan bin Ludin, Pegawai Pemerintah Cawangan No. 7, TUDB. Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan diikuti dengan ucapan yang disampaikan oleh wakil peserta kursus. Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil oleh Tetamu Kehormat, dan diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Kesyukuran.
Para peserta kursus telah menghadiri Pelajaran Asas Pertolongan Cemas,
Survival Equipment Section, Flight Line Mechanic, Jama'at, dan Latihan Ikhtiar Hidup selama satu minggu di hutan Kampong Selapon, Temburong. Peserta kursus juga telah membuat “Live Winch" di akhir Latihan Ikhtiar Hidup.
Dengan hasil kerjasama berpasukan mahupun semangat individu, ahli kursus lulus dengan cemerlang dan akan meneruskan perjalanan mereka di Cawangan No. 1 dengan memulakan Latihan operasi penerbangan.
