EMERGENCY MEDICAL AMBULANCE SERVICES (EMAS), MOH AND MEDICAL RECEPTION STATION (MRS), RBAF VISIT 15 SQUADRON, NO. 1 WING, OPERATIONS GROUP, ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE

RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Thursday, 26 September 2024 – In an effort to enhance the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) proficiency to support Aeromedical Evacuations, 15 Squadron, No. 1 Wing, Operations Group, RBAirF conducted an introductory brief on C295MW aircraft for the Emergency Evacuation Ambulance Services (EMAS) from the Ministry of Health and personnel from the Medical Reception Station (MRS).

The collaboration focuses on leveraging the RBAirF's C295MW capabilities to provide swift and efficient medical transport. The EMAS members and personnel from MRS were provided with knowledge on the C295MW specifications, capabilities and operational procedures that will serve as preparation for 15 Squadron to meet the demands of Aeromedical Evacuations. This visit also presents an opportunity to strengthen the professional relationship between the RBAirF and MOH and increase support and cooperation, which will continue in the future.

PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Khamis, 26 September 2024 – Dalam meningkatkan keberkesanan kebolehoperasian Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) dalam operasi evakuasi Aeromedical, Skuadron 15, Cawangan No. 1, TUDB telah mengadakan taklimat pengenalan pesawat C295MW kepada anggota dari Emergency Medical Ambulance Services (EMAS) dari Kementerian Kesihatan dan anggota dari Pusat Khidmat Perubatan dan Kesihatan (MRS).

Kerjasama itu memberi tumpuan kepada memanfaatkan keupayaan C295MW dari TUDB untuk menyediakan pengangkutan perubatan yang pantas dan cekap. Anggota dan kakitangan EMAS dari MRS dibekalkan dengan pengetahuan mengenai spesifikasi C295MW, keupayaan dan prosedur operasi yang akan menjadi persediaan untuk Skuadron 15 untuk memenuhi permintaan evakuasi Aeromedical. Lawatan ini juga memberi peluang untuk mengukuhkan hubungan profesional antara TUDB dan Kementerian Kesihatan serta meningkatkan sokongan dan kerjasama yang akan diteruskan pada masa hadapan.
