RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Monday, 07 October 2024
– With the consent of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) officers from the 19th and 20th Intake of the Officer Cadet School proudly received their Letters of Credence at Hangar A, Rimba Air Force Base (Rimba AFB). The event was graced by Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Commander of the RBAirF with the RBAirF Board of Executive members, Commanding Officers, and Assistant Chiefs of Staff to witness the occasion.
The Letters of Credence officially appoint the officers to the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). This appointment is an
Amanah, entrusted to them that recognises their loyalty, integrity, and professionalism. It also affirms their duty to serve not only the RBAF but also the Government of His Majesty. Their roles now carry the responsibility to support the government's vision, protect the nation's sovereignty, and ensure the well-being of its people. This duty reflects the RBAirF's core values of service above self, teamwork and excellence which guide them in executing their responsibilities with discipline and ensuring the highest standards of military order.
The ceremony commenced with a solemn recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by the recitation of the Credence. The highlight of the event was the formal presentation of the Letters of Credence, personally handed to each officer by the Guest of Honour.
MAJLIS PENYAMPAIAN SIJIL WATIQAH PELANTIKAN KEPADA PEGAWAI-PEGAWAI TUDB PENGAMBILAN KE-19 DAN 20
PANGKALAN TENTERA UDARA RIMBA, Isnin, 07 Oktober 2024 – Atas titah perkenan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam, Pegawai-pegawai Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) dari Pengambilan ke-19 dan ke-20 Sekolah Pegawai Kadet dengan bangga menerima Sijil Watiqah Pelantikan di Hangar A, Pangkalan Tentera Udara Rimba (PTU Rimba). Majlis tersebut telah dihadiri oleh Brigedier Jeneral (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohammad Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Pemerintah TUDB, selaku Tetamu Kehormat Majlis. Turut hadir pada majlis tersebut adalah Ahli-ahli Badan Eksekutif, Pegawai-pegawai Pemerintah dan Penolong-penolong Ketua Staf.
Sijil Watiqah Pelantikan ini secara rasmi melantik Pegawai-pegawai ke dalam Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB). Pelantikan ini adalah Amanah, yang mengiktiraf kesetiaan, integriti, dan profesionalisme mereka, serta mengesahkan tanggungjawab para pegawai bukan hanya untuk berkhidmat kepada organisasi tetapi juga kepada Kerajaan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia. Peranan para pegawai kini
membawa tanggungjawab untuk menyokong visi kerajaan, melindungi kedaulatan negara, dan memastikan kesejahteraan rakyat. Amanah ini mencerminkan nilai teras TUDB iaitu Service Above Self,
Teamwork dan Excellence yang membimbing mereka dalam melaksanakan tugas dengan disiplin serta memastikan tahap tertinggi dalam perintah ketenteraan.
Majlis tersebut dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah, diikuti dengan bacaan Watiqah Pelantikan. Penyampaian Sijil Watiqah Pelantikan kemudian disampaikan oleh Tetamu Kehormat kepada Pegawai-pegawai.
