RIMBA AIR BASE, 10 September 2025 – The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) organised a Blood Donation Campaign in conjunction with the 64th Anniversary of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). The campaign was held in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre, Department of Laboratory Services, Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital, Ministry of Health, and was supported by Imagine Sdn Bhd.
The event took place at the Gymnasium, Rimba Air Base, and saw the active participation of RBAirF personnel and civilian staff. The campaign was officiated by the Guest of Honour, Colonel (U) Hismawadi bin Hj Said, Deputy Commander of RBAirF.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, speech by Guest of Honour and Doa Selamat led by Ustaz Pengiran Fakhrul Syakirin bin Pengiran Haji Zainuddin to bless the campaign. Also present was Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Ghazali bin Haji Hussin, Chairman of the 64th RBAF Anniversary Community Activities.
In conjunction with the 64th Anniversary of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), held under the theme “Bersama Bersatu Mencapai Cita Negara" (Together United in Achieving the Nation's Aspiration), the campaign reflected the commitment of the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) in supporting RBAF's welfare initiatives through the Heart and Mind approach. Specifically, the campaign emphasised efforts to address community health needs through blood donation, while also fostering the spirit of charitable giving and social responsibility among RBAirF personnel.
Blood donors received exclusive merchandise as a token of appreciation. In addition, they will also stand a chance to participate in a special lucky draw, with attractive prizes to be announced next year. This gesture not only acknowledges their contribution but also serves as an encouragement for continued support in future donation drives.
The blood donation campaign reflects the commitment of RBAF to community engagement, fostering volunteerism, and raising awareness on the importance of blood donation as a national responsibility that contributes to saving lives.

TUDB TELAH MENGENDALIKAN KEMPEN DERMA DARAH SEMPENA HARI ULANG TAHUN ABDB KE-64 TAHUN
PANGKALAN UDARA RIMBA, 10 September 2025 – Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB) telah menganjurkan Kempen Derma Darah bersempena Sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) ke-64 Tahun.
Kempen ini dijalankan dengan kerjasama Pusat Pendermaan Darah, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Makmal, Hospital Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS), Kementerian Kesihatan dan disokong oleh Imagine Sdn Bhd.
Acara telah berlangsung di Dewan Gerak Badan, Pangkalan Udara Rimba, dan melibatkan penyertaan daripada warga serta kakitangan awam TUDB. Kempen tersebut telah dirasmikan oleh Tetamu Kehormat, Kolonel (U) Hismawadi bin Hj Said, Timbalan Pemerintah TUDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan Doa Selamat yang dipimpin oleh Ustaz Pengiran Fakhrul Syakirin bin Pengiran Haji Zainuddin bagi memberkati majlis. Turut hadir ialah Leftenan Kolonel Mohammad Ghazali bin Haji Hussin, Pengerusi Tertinggi Aktiviti Kemasyarakatan HUT ABDB ke-64 Tahun.
Penderma darah menerima barangan eksklusif sebagai tanda penghargaan. Selain itu, mereka juga berpeluang menyertai cabutan bertuah khas dengan hadiah menarik yang akan diumumkan pada tahun hadapan. Usaha ini bukan sahaja menghargai sumbangan mereka tetapi juga sebagai galakan untuk terus memberikan sokongan dalam kempen derma darah pada masa akan datang.
Kempen derma darah ini menzahirkan komitmen ABDB dalam menjalin hubungan kemasyarakatan, menyemai semangat kesukarelawanan, serta meningkatkan kesedaran mengenai tanggungjawab kebangsaan menderma darah yang berupaya menyelamatkan nyawa.
