BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Thursday, 18 May 2023 – The closing ceremony for the Basic Survival Equipment Fitter Intake 6/2023 was conducted by 75 Squadron, No. 7 Wing, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF). The course was held for 12 weeks starting from 27 February 2023 until 19 May 2023, with a total of 9 course participants from No. 5 Wing.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Major (U) Mohammad Nashriq Bin Moksin, Squadron Commander of 75 Squadron, No. 7 Wing. Also present were Officer-In-Charge Course Design and Development/Continuous Training Advisory Team, Officer-In-Charge Technical Training, HND Lecturer, course instructors and guests. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by a speech from the Guest of Honour. The ceremony proceeded with the certificate presentation to the course participants. The event concluded with Closing Doa.
Throughout the course, course participants were exposed to aspects of safety such as firefighting, first aid, maintenance and repair of survival equipment. The course aims to equip and to enable trainee personal the trade skills, appropriate to the Survival Equipment Fitter trade that enables them to fulfil the job description of the Survival Equipment Fitter at a basic level class 3, as defined in the RBAirF Trade and Employment Regulation.

MAJLIS PENUTUP KURSUS BASIC SURVIVAL EQUIPMENT FITTER PENGAMBILAN KE 6/2023 NO. 01
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Khamis, 18 Mei 2023 – Majlis Penutup Kursus Basic Survival Equipment Fitter Pengambilan ke 6/2023 telah sempurna dilaksanakan oleh Skuadron 75, Cawangan No. 7, Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (TUDB). Peserta kursus terdiri daripada anggota Cawangan No. 5 seramai 9 orang. Kursus telah dijalankan selama 12 minggu bermula 27 Februari 2023 sehingga 19 Mei 2023.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Mejar (U) Mohammad Nashriq Bin Moksin Pegawai Memerintah 75 Skuadron, Cawangan No. 7. Turut hadir ialah Pegawai Penguasa Rekaan dan Perkembangan Kursus/Tim Penasihat dan Kesinambungan Latihan, Pegawai Penguasa Latihan Teknikal, Pensyarah Diploma Tertinggi Kebangsaan, jurulatih-jurulatih kursus dan para jemputan. Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah diikuti dengan ucapan dari Tetamu Kehormat. Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampain sijil dan perasmian bagi penutup kursus. Majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Penutup.
Disepanjang kursus, peserta kursus didedahkan kepada aspek keselamatan seperti memadam kebakaran, pertolongan cemas serta penyelenggaraan dan membaik pulih alat keselamatan dan ikhtiar hidup. Kursus ini bertujuan untuk melengkapkan dan membolehkan peserta kursus kemahiran yang bersesuaian dengan Survival Equipment Fitter Trade yang membolehkan mereka memenuhi tugas-tugas Survival Equipment Fitter di peringkat asas kelas 3, seperti dalam RBAirF Trade and Employment Regulation.
