BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 05 July 2024
– A delegation of 26 members from the Royal Brunei Air Force Wives' Welfare Association (RBAirF BAKTI) made a follow-up visit to the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) PRIHATIN Centre at Bolkiah Garrison, subsequent to the introductory visit conducted by RBAirF BAKTI's Heads of Units to the Centre in February 2024.
The officers of the RBAF PRIHATIN Centre warmly received the delegation, and commenced the visit with a welcoming speech by Major Amiza binti Haji Zainal Abidin, Head of the Psychology Cell, PRIHATIN Centre. During the visit, the delegation was introduced to the various psychological tools utilised by the Centre. The delegation also had the opportunity to take a closer look at the facilities provided at the Centre.
This visit signified the first of the follow-up series of informative visits to the Centre by RBAirF BAKTI members, aimed for their members to gain insight on the Centre's main functions and services to understand what professional assistance the Centre offers for personnel, spouses and family members of RBAF. From this visit, RBAirF BAKTI members will be better informed to approach the PRIHATIN Centre in seeking professional help, in the form of private and confidential counselling, towards the betterment of their wellbeing in handling their welfare matters.
LAWATAN SUSULAN BAKTI TUDB KE PUSAT PRIHATIN ABDB
BOLKIAH GARISON, Jumaat, 05 Julai 2024 – Rombongan seramai 26 orang daripada ahli-ahli Persatuan Kebajikan Isteri-Isteri Tentera Udara Diraja Brunei (BAKTI TUDB) telah mengadakan lawatan susulan ke Pusat PRIHATIN Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) di Bolkiah Garison, selepas lawatan pengenalan ke Pusat tersebut bersama Ketua-ketua unit-unit BAKTI TUDB di bulan Februari 2024.
Pegawai-pegawai Pusat PRIHATIN menyambut rombongan dan memulakan lawatan tersebut dengan ucapan alu-aluan daripada Mejar Amiza binti Haji Zainal Abidin, Ketua Sel Psikologi, Pusat PRIHATIN. Semasa lawatan tersebut, rombongan diberi pendedahan mengenai penggunaan kaedah psikologi di Pusat tersebut, dan seterusnya meninjau dengan lebih dekat lagi kemudahan-kemudahan yang terdapat di Pusat tersebut.
Lawatan ini merupakan lawatan susulan siri pertama bagi ahli-ahli BAKTI TUDB ke Pusat PRIHATIN yang bertujuan untuk para-para ahli sendiri memperoleh pengetahuan tentang fungsi-fungsi dan perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan di Pusat tersebut, serta memahami mengenai bantuan profesional yang Pusat tersebut menyediakan kepada kakitangan, pasangan dan ahli-ahli keluarga ABDB. Daripada lawatan tersebut, ahli-ahli BAKTI TUDB akan dapat memanfaatkan pengetahuan yang diperolehi di Pusat tersebut untuk sebarang keperluan bantuan profesional, dalam bentuk khidmat kaunseling yang secara peribadi dan sulit di Pusat tersebut, untuk kebaikkan kesejahteraan dalam menangani hal-hal kebajikan masing-masing.
