BOLKIAH GARRISON, Monday, 23 February 2026 - The Ministry of Defence held a
Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony to mark Brunei Darussalam's 42nd National Day Celebration. Similar ceremonies were held simultaneously throughout all suraus in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) camps including Pulau Baru-Baru Mosque.
Present at all suraus were the senior officers from respective units as well as staff and personnel of the Ministry of Defence.
The ceremony commenced with a mass
Fardhu Zuhor prayer followed by
Sunat Hajat prayer and a recitation of
Surah Yasin. The ceremony was then concluded with a
Doa Kesyukuran recited by the imams from each respective suraus.

BOLKIAH GARISON, Isnin, 23 Februari 2026 - Kementerian Pertahanan telah mengadakan Majlis Doa Kesyukuran Sempena Sambutan Hari Kebangsaan Negara Brunei Darussalam yang ke-42 Tahun. Majlis tersebut diadakan secara serentak di seluruh surau perkhemahan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) termasuk Masjid Pulau Baru-Baru.
Hadir di surau-surau ialah pegawai-pegawai kanan daripada unit surau masing-masing serta anggota dan kakitangan Kementerian Pertahanan.
Majlis dimulakan dengan sembahyang Fardhu Zuhor berjemaah diikuti dengan sembahyang Sunat Hajat dan bacaan Surah Yasin. Majlis kemudiannya diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Kesyukuran oleh imam-imam di surau masing-masing.
